Goodwill Scholarships
Students looking for scholarships to pursue their higher education have many options in finding them. Universities, colleges, companies, large corporate, wealthy individuals and others provide these scholarships for the benefit of the student community at large. One such scholarships scheme, which is started by two wealthy people for pursuing studies at the college level, is the Goodwill Scholarship. Two wealthy individuals belonging to the Prince William County, Virginia, stated this scholarship in the year 2003. These college level scholarships are fully funded and are available to aid international students studying at the North Virginia Community college. These scholarships are not available to American students but only to international students whose academic average is 3.0 and their financial needs are sincere. The students are not required to fill out the free application for federal Student aid form. These forms are to be filled out by American citizens. The scholarship is awarded to two meritorious students annually. The program comes under the aegis of North Virginia Community College Education Foundation. Those international students looking of financial aid can approach this centre for their financial needs.
