Scholarships for Native Americans are available and to be eligible for such a scholarship for example a BIA scholarship  the app plying student should be a member who is enrolled with one of the federally recognized tribes.  If that criteria is not met the student will not be eligible for scholarship.  The proof is membership is a certificate of Indian Blood. Native American students having t 50% Indian blood who were born in Canada are eligible for Title IV federal student aid coming under the jurisdiction of the Jay Treaty of 1794, and other treaties, and the US Immigration Law.
